Depending on your application, a 4400 prep table could be the perfect!  Front breathing, air curtain over pan openings, multiple lengths and options.  A 18PTB pizza prep table has a separate rail and base to keep spills in the rail and out of the base.  Two separate controls allow you to turn off the rail at night, but keep the base on and hold prepped product for the next day.
